INVENTORY & SHIPPING
AmyMichelle Cosmetics will make every effort we
can to make sure the items you want, are in stock. If a product
is sold out, AmyMichelle Cosmetics will try our best to have
that item(s) listed as Out-of-Stock until a new shipment
arrives. Normally all items purchased are shipped within
3-7 business days. We ship items by USPS, unless you
request and upgrade to a faster shipping method.
Due to customer demand, there may be times that an item has been sold out that you have purchased. In these cases, we will notify you by email that the item has sold out and it is placed on back order. We will also notify you with the approximate date the item will be back in stock and available for shipping. You will have the option to wait until the new item arrives, choose another item of equal value or receive a gift certificate in the amount of the item that is temporally out of stock, Plus 10% for your inconvenience.

and shipments in the state of Texas.

provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience. We
want to be your beauty products provider.
If, for any reason, you and not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it and make you the satisfied customer you should be. You will have the option to receive a Refund, Exchange or Store Credit towards other purchases. All purchases made by credit card can ONLY receive a refund to the same credit card used for the purchase.
If your purchase is by Internet, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the product. We will promptly issue your Refund, Exchange or Store Credit. If products have been opened or used, we will only refund half of the purchase amount, or issue full credit for Exchange or Store Credit.
The returned items must be packaged and sealed as they were when originally sold. Any and all defective products will be exchanged regardless.
